Role Description The Technical Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that align with client business objectives, particularly for startups and growing companies. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing requirements, creating solution architectures, and collaborating with software development teams to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

The Technical Solutions

Architect will work closely with consulting and presales teams to prepare proposals, technical presentations, and proofs of concept that demonstrate the value of BAPON’s services. The role also involves reviewing existing systems,



recommending improvements, ensuring scalability and security, and staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills for designing robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to understand client needs, translate business objectives into technical strategies, and build lasting client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Software Development experience to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and validate feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Candidates should possess Enterprise Architecture skills to align technology roadmaps with organizational strategy and ensure cohesive system design.
- Candidates should possess Presales skills to support proposal creation, demos, and technical presentations that communicate solution value clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration technologies, and automation tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are an advantage.
