Join a global analytics and optimization team supporting digital payments and checkout solutions. The team partners with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, dashboarding solutions, and performance reporting that influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
- Create automated and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
- Validate, test, and optimize dashboards and report solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Support ongoing analytics initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills





- 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Commerce.
- Exposure to data modeling, ETL, and reporting automation.
- Experience with Excel-based reporting and executive presentations.
- Understanding of Agile delivery environments.
