Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT staffing, external hiring, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in hiring for large enterprise clients and other major IT services organizations. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Handle external hiring requirements for enterprise clients across various technologies and domains.
- Work on multiple client requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand hiring needs and hiring priorities.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' technical fit, communication skills, and client suitability.




- Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure offer acceptance.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports/MIS.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and client-specific hiring guidelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and high-demand technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and external hiring .
- Experience working with large clients
- Robust understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Expertise in sourcing for technologies including Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, and other emerging technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in IT staffing organizations or recruitment consulting firms.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring requirements.
