About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, hands-o n Lead Technical Recruit er to own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our growing Data & AI engineering teams. Operating as a n individual contribut or, you will partner directly with engineering leaders to source, engage, and hire top-tier talent i n Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Databricks, and SAP ecosyste ms across multiple global regions

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Ownersh ip: Execute full-lifecycle technical recruitment—from job intake and sourcing to final offer negotiations and closing
- Deep Sourci ng: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates across specialized talent pools (GitHub, Kaggle, LinkedIn, technical communities) globally
- Data & AI Experti se: Screen for deep technical skill sets in Databricks, PySpark, Data Architecture, LLM/Generative AI, Data Science, and Enterprise SAP integrat ion
- Global Talent Acquisiti on: Navigate localized compensation landscapes, employment regulations,



and global remote sourcing strategies across North America, Europe, and APAC
- Stakeholder Manageme nt: Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, VPs of Data, and Hiring Managers, delivering market intelligence and talent mapping insights
- Candidate Experien ce: Ensure an efficient, high-touch interview process that reflects our culture and keeps offer conversion rates high

Required Qualifications

- 12+ y ears of technical recruitment experience, with at le ast 5+ y ears focused specifically on Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Big Data technologies
- Proven track re cord as a hands-on individual contributor hiring globally
- Strong domain understanding of tools/framewor ks: Databricks, Snowflake, Python, Spark, SAP Data & Analytics, Machine Learning pipelines, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience running full cycle recruitment using modern ATS platforms and AI-driven sourcing tools
- Exceptional offer negotiation skills across wide-ranging international tax and compensation structures.
