Roles and Responsibilities

- Valuable understanding of the Technical solutions of the organisation
- Ability to identify quality resources skill wise,



Ability to work in a Team
- Ability to work on and meet Targets
- Align with Organisational Goals and work accordingly
- Sourcing, screening, head hunting, evaluation and Selection Process
- Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions drawing upon consulting skills to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
- Sourcing the resumes through various sources like Company database, references, portals and Linked-in
- Should have knowledge on IT recruitment profiles
- Specific Innovative measures demonstrated to meet business requirements with respect to sourcing and hiring activities
- Savvy with social media tools and recruitment methodology

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
