Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of technical projects and client deployments. This role acts as a bridge between business, product,

engineering, and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of event technology platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically sound, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, on-ground event environments.

Key Responsibilities

 Project & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to deployment and closure; define project scope,

timelines, milestones, and success metrics; manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables; ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

 Technical Coordination

Work closely with engineering teams on platform features, integrations, and deployments; oversee implementation of event technology solutions including platforms, dashboards, and integrations; ensure performance, scalability, and reliability; support architectural discussions.

 Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as primary point of contact between internal teams and clients; communicate project status and risks;

coordinate with product, design, operations, and business teams; manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

 Operational Excellence





Implement project management best practices; track KPIs and delivery metrics; identify process gaps;

support on-ground event execution from a technology and coordination standpoint.

Required Qualifications

 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager

 Proven experience delivering cross-functional, technology-driven projects

 Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

 Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Technical Knowledge

 Understanding of cloud-based platforms and distributed systems

 Experience in event-tech, platform, or marketplace businesses

 Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or data platforms

 Experience in startup or high-growth environments

 PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications (valuable to have)
