Technical Project Manager US Shift

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with robust end-to-end IT project delivery experience across infrastructure and application domains. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing multiple concurrent projects, working with client-facing teams, and coordinating cross-functional technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver multiple IT projects end-to-end, covering planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
- Lead projects across both infrastructure and application environments.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Work effectively in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate delivery approach based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, cloud, security, networking, data, and business teams.
- Manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams toward decisions and successful project outcomes.
- Handle client-facing communication, project governance, status reporting, escalations, and delivery risks.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are achieved.

Technical Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.




- Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects end-to-end.
- Strong project delivery experience across infrastructure and application domains.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project planning tools for milestone tracking, dependency management, and resource forecasting.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.
- Exposure to application migrations, cloud migrations/transitions, infrastructure modernization, and data platform implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, identity, and access management fundamentals.
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum as well as Waterfall delivery models.

Preferred Domain Experience
- Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, private credit funds, investment management firms, or financial services clients is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of OMS/PMS platforms such as PBI Axiom, Advent Geneva, Eze, SS&C;, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Exposure to data warehouses, trading systems, investment platforms, and financial technology environments is desirable.
