VIVANET is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the migration of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system to Microsoft Entra ID for a global client - a leading provider of market data solutions.

Remote role (EMEA hours: 9h–17h GMT)

Project start: Q4 2026 | Duration: 15 months

Role overviewYou will coordinate migration activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, project groups, and technical specialists - ensuring smooth execution and transparent communication throughout the programme.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate IAM migration across IT, business, and implementation teams
- Organise sessions: kick‑offs, workshops, follow‑ups, stakeholder reviews
- Track progress: milestones, blockers, risks, dependencies
- Maintain documentation: trackers, reports, meeting notes, client docs
- Support testing, deployment readiness, and go‑live activities
- Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams
- Prepare updates for project and programme stakeholders
- Manage parallel migrations across accounts when required

What the ideal profile would look like
- 2–4 years in technical project coordination, IT support, SaaS implementation, or onboarding




- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- Proven organisation & follow‑up skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Attention to detail in plans & trackers
- Confident use of Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, proactive, and reliable stakeholder coordination

Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- General IAM knowledge, SSO, SCIM provisioning
- Exposure to Microsoft 365/Azure environments
- Background in enterprise application support or migration projects
