Aeroprime Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Production Support Engineer / Production Support Engineer to join our team in Connaught Place, New Delhi .

Location: 16, K.G. Marg, Ansal Bhawan, Connaught Place, Current Delhi

Experience: 3–8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production applications, APIs, services, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Analyze application logs, stack traces, database queries, and API responses.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
- Monitor application performance, latency, errors, and availability.
- Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Support deployment, rollback, configuration, and release activities.




- Identify recurring issues and work with development teams on permanent fixes.
- Create and maintain incident reports, RCA documents, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in on-call/rotational support when required.

Technical Skills:

- Languages: Java / Shell scripting
- APIs: REST, JSON, HTTP, API troubleshooting
- Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL, SQL
- Linux: Shell commands, process monitoring, logs
- Version Control: Git
- Tools: Postman

Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong production troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and experience working in a fast-paced technical environment.
