Job Title: Technical Lead / Solution Architect — TGM Market Intelligence Agent

Location:Offshore India- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Own and author the High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) based on the approved solution architecture.
- Define and document Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and resolve key technical decisions around PostgreSQL/pgvector vs. Oracle 26ai, real-time APIs, email platforms, and connector approvals.
- Design and develop LLM/agentic workflows using Python and LangGraph/LangChain, including claim extraction, event composition, delta analysis, materiality ranking, evidence validation, content generation, compliance gating, and evaluation.
- Build and maintain a bi-temporal claim store with accurate as-of querying, versioning, and historical state management.
- Design and implement the transmission graph, including typed/evidenced relationships, bounded traversal, evidence validation, and proposed-edge workflows.
- Develop the hybrid retrieval platform combining keyword, vector, metadata, graph-expanded retrieval, reranking, and long-document section hydration.
- Implement a unified evidence and citation framework to ensure all generated market intelligence is traceable to authoritative sources.
- Build the six-phase conversational AI agent, covering intent classification, temporal contextualization, tool planning, sufficiency grading, self-correction, cited synthesis, and compliance controls.
- Develop the AI compliance gate, including advice-line classification, deterministic policy rules, citation coverage checks, and numeric verification.
- Establish and manage the AI evaluation framework, including golden datasets, groundedness metrics, citation accuracy, regression testing, and model/prompt evaluation.
- Define model-tiering strategies using appropriate models for triage, grading, synthesis, and verification.




- Oversee the React/TypeScript front-end, API gateway, streaming chat experience, dashboard, and integration with the Market Memory service.
- Establish engineering practices covering CI/CD, environments, monitoring, alerting, operational runbooks, security, and audit-trail management.
- Ensure the platform meets the required daily production SLA and operational reliability standards.
- Lead and mentor engineers, data engineers, UX resources, and other squad members.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews and ensure engineering standards are consistently followed.
- Represent technology in steering committees, architecture reviews, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong production ownership.
- Minimum 3–4 years of recent experience designing and delivering LLM-based systems, including RAG, retrieval, agentic workflows, structured outputs, and evaluation; alternatively, strong experience with large-scale data platforms.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Lead in enterprise environments.
- Experience working within regulated enterprises, including security reviews, data classification, audit requirements, and AI/model governance.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, including rates, FX, commodities, credit, central-bank communications, and market-moving economic events.
- Banking, Treasury & Global Markets, investment banking, trading, or financial-services experience is highly preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML platforms and data-intensive applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API/integration patterns, security, scalability, reliability, and operational design.
