nnWe are looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Lead to join a rapid-growing technology platform that is building intelligent solutions across retail, manufacturing, logistics, commerce, and other emerging industries.

nn Key Responsibilities:

nLead end-to-end implementation and onboarding programs for enterprise clients.

nDrive platform rollouts across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations.

nOwn execution from project kickoff through go-live and steady-state operations.

nBuild scalable implementation playbooks, governance models, and operational frameworks.

nPartner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support teams.

nConduct governance reviews, implementation checkpoints, and executive stakeholder updates.

nAct as the primary escalation point for implementation and operational challenges.





nDrive accountability through structured communication and action tracking.

nBuild scalable implementation and customer success processes.

nMentor AM/CSM teams on execution and stakeholder management.

nEstablish operating rhythms, implementation cadences, and performance tracking.

nReduce execution dependency through documentation, automation, and process standardization.

nn Ideal Profile:

nStrong experience in enterprise implementation / onboarding / program delivery.

nExperience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.

nStrong stakeholder and escalation management skills.

nExcellent communication, governance, and execution capabilities.

nExperience building scalable processes, playbooks, and operating frameworks.

nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
