Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect to define and drive enterprise technology architecture strategies, design scalable and secure enterprise solutions, and lead modernization initiatives across business platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, API Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Application Modernization, and Banking/Financial Services platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and architecture groups to design future-ready technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement enterprise technology architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design scalable, high-performance, secure, and resilient enterprise applications.
- Establish architecture standards, principles, governance processes, and best practices.
- Create technology roadmaps and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Lead application modernization initiatives including legacy system transformation and cloud adoption.
- Design and review Microservices-based architectures and API-driven solutions.
- Define SOA and integration architecture patterns.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support technical RFPs, vendor evaluations, and solution assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architecture compliance.
- Mentor and guide architects, technical leads, and development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Enterprise Architecture

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and frameworks.
- Experience in defining application, data, and technology architecture.
- Knowledge of architecture governance and standards.

Application Architecture





- Solid experience with Java or .NET enterprise application architecture.
- Experience designing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture principles.

Microservices & API Architecture

- Hands-on experience designing Microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API Gateway, API security, and integration patterns.
- Experience with API lifecycle management.

SOA & Integration

- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.

Database Technologies

Experience with

- Oracle
- PostgreSQL
- NoSQL databases

Understanding of:
- Data modeling
- Database scalability
- Performance optimization

Cloud & Infrastructure Experience with one or more:

- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- VMware

Knowledge of:
- Cloud architecture patterns
- Containerization
- Cloud migration strategies

DevOps & CI/CD

Experience with

- CI/CD pipelines
- Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
- Source control tools
- Automated deployment practices

Operating Systems

Experience with

- Linux

- Unix/AIX environments

Legacy Modernization Experience

- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of migration strategies

SaaS Architecture
