Email & Communication Management: Efficiently handle official G-Suite/Gmail accounts, respond to inquiries promptly, and direct messages to the appropriate departments.
Billing Operations: Accurately generate, process, and maintain daily invoices and billing records.
Order Management: Track and manage pending orders, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
Order Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer and vendor order status inquiries professionally and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Filing & Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all official documents, invoices, and records.
Accounts Receivable & Ledger Support: Coordinate with the recovery department by sending out statements of accounts, outstanding reports, and financial ledgers to clients to support debt recovery efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative, billing, or back-office role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Gmail and Google Workspace/MS Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems.
