Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide L2/L3 level support for Java applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving defects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of problems and implement fixes to prevent future occurrences.
- Analyze complex technical issues using SQL queries and other tools to determine resolution strategies.
- Develop documentation for knowledge sharing among team members on resolved issues.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Java application support.
- Solid understanding of Java programming language, including its features, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
