nExperience Requirements
n· 3–5 years of experience in delivering communication, employability, life skills, or soft skills training.
n· Experience working with college, vocational, or school students.
n· Experience in classroom facilitation, learner engagement, and training delivery.
n· Experience in maintaining training records, reports, and learner documentation.
nWork Workplace & Physical Requirements
nWork Location: Remote
nTravel Requirement: 90% of travel involved in this role.
nPhysical Requirements: Ability to conduct classroom sessions, travel to training locations, and facilitate extended learner interactions.
