Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Software / IT Sales Executive with hands-on experience selling software development and technology solutions to international clients. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to client calls, proposals, negotiations and closing.

Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Generate and qualify B2B leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold email and other outbound channels.
2. Sell custom software development, SaaS, mobile/web applications, AI solutions and dedicated development teams.
3. Identify client requirements and understand their business and technical needs.
4. Conduct discovery calls, presentations and product/service discussions with international clients.
5. Prepare customized proposals,



quotations and solution presentations.
6. Handle negotiations, objections and commercial discussions to successfully close deals.
7. Independently manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
8. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients across the USA, UK, UAE and Canada.
9. Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and client information in the CRM.
10. Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
11. Coordinate with technical and development teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
12. Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

* 1+ years of experience in B2B software/IT services sales.
* Must have experience selling custom software, SaaS, mobile/web apps, AI solutions or dedicated development teams.
* Proven experience acquiring clients through Upwork + LinkedIn + cold email.
