nRole Purpose:
nThe Global Medical CRM Lead owns the vision, roadmap, and execution of CRM initiatives that strengthen scientific engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and improve the reach and quality of medical and patient-support programs. This is a Medical Affairs role- the focus is on non-promotional scientific exchange, and medical education,



operating under strict medical–commercial separation and a compliance-led model.
nBased in Bangalore, the role partners with Field Medical (MSLs), Medical Information, Medical Communications, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Technology teams to design CRM-driven HCP engagement, segment scientific audiences, and operationalize compliant interactions through the CRM. You will translate medical-strategy needs into scalable CRM capabilities, define success metrics aligned to medical objectives, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and insight.
nThe role requires strong cross-functional stakeholder management, deep regulatory fluency, and hands-on leadership to deliver measurable impact across brands and therapy areas. Experience in pharma Medical Affairs or another regulated, compliance-intensive environment is strongly preferred.
