We are a fine diamond jewellery manufacturer and wholesaler, and we are looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships while ensuring that no sales enquiry or follow-up is missed.
? Key Responsibilities• Follow up with existing customers and prospective clients
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders
• Coordinate between customers, sales, production, CAD, dispatch and accounts
• Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp and email
• Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
• Track every enquiry from enquiry → quotation → follow-up → order
• Reconnect with dormant customers and generate repeat business
• Prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports
• Ensure customer queries and requirements are closed on time
? What We’re Looking For✔ Excellent spoken and written English
✔ Solid follow-up and communication skills
✔ Proactive, organised and responsible




✔ Positive attitude with excellent customer-handling skills
✔ Willingness to learn, grow and continuously upgrade skills
✔ Good knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
✔ Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
✔ Jewellery/diamond industry experience will be an advantage
Most importantly: We want someone who is hungry to learn, disciplined with follow-ups and determined to take every task to closure.
? Salary₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
