At AI Unika Technologies (Rasta.AI), you'll spend your year learning directly from the Founder, working on real business challenges, and understanding how an AI startup grows.
This isn't just a traineeship—it's a fast-track learning opportunity for someone who wants to become a future entrepreneur, business leader, consultant, or startup operator.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on strategic and day-to-day business activities.
Conduct market, competitor, and business research.
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents.
Coordinate with Government departments, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Track projects, meetings, and follow up on action items.
Support business development, operations, marketing, and special projects.
Visit Government offices,



client locations, project sites, exhibitions, and events whenever required.
Assist in business planning, process improvements, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Who Should Apply?
MBA, BBA, Engineering, or equivalent graduates.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with travelling and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
