Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. The role also involves monitoring expenses, supporting tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls. This is a full-time remote role,



requiring regular collaboration with operational and management teams through digital tools and clear written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
Maintain general ledgers and supporting financial records.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Monitor company expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning.
Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management.
Review financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
Assist with tax preparation and statutory compliance requirements.
Maintain organized and confidential financial documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers when require
