Role Description The Business Development Specialist will work full time in office around TamilNadu, focusing on expanding CollCrew’s network of partner colleges and driving student engagement on the platform.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential institutional partners, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting CollCrew’s value proposition to key decision-makers. The role involves performing market research to understand regional education trends, tracking leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up regularly to move prospects through the sales funnel. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding of colleges, gather feedback from institutions and students, and help refine business strategies based on performance data. This position requires consistent interaction with colleges and education stakeholders, along with periodic travel within the region as needed.
