1. Job Purpose

The Data Entry & Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of material receipts, issues, stock movements and inventory in the ERP system and Excel. The position will ensure proper material storage, documentation, stock accuracy and timely availability of materials for production and projects.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Material Inward & Receiving

* Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity against Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.
* Check material description, part number, quantity and basic physical condition.
* Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts for discrepancies in received materials.
* Prepare and maintain GRN/inward records.
* Ensure proper identification and labeling of received materials.




B. Data Entry & ERP Management

* Enter material inward, outward, transfer and stock adjustment details in ERP.
* Maintain accurate records of PO, GRN, Invoice, Delivery Challan and Material Issue documents.
* Update material status and stock quantities regularly.
* Maintain project-wise and SO-wise material records.
* Enter and maintain serial numbers, part numbers and other material identification details.
* Maintain Excel-based reports wherever required.
C. Store & Inventory Management

* Maintain proper physical arrangement of electrical and mechanical materials.
* Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
* Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels.
* Inform Purchase/Operations about low-stock and critical materials.
* Ensure proper issue of materials against authorized requirements.
* Maintain records of material issued to production, projects, service and other departments.
