Role Description:

We are looking for a creative, camera-friendly, and execution-focused social media Intern who can both strategise and create high-performing short-form video content (Reels/Shorts). This is a hands-on role requiring ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing content to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit reels/short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and YouTube




Actively participate in or direct shoots (with students, educators, or team members)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms
Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats to create viral/engaging content
Monitor performance metrics and refine content strategy based on insights
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaigns
Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in social media management + short-form video content creation
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats
Basic to intermediate skills in video shooting and editing (mobile-first is fine)
Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar
Strong storytelling, scripting, and on-ground execution ability
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, startup
