n Required Skills
n n 10+ years of IT experience.
n 6+ years of Salesforce and nCino development .
n Solid nCino Commercial Lending / Loan Origination experience.
n Strong Salesforce development and architecture knowledge.
n Experience with Salesforce integrations and CI/CD .
n Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
n Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
