This role is focused on owning end-to-end delivery for client hiring needs through interview services. This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, speed, and reliability in hiring processes.

Own end-to-end interview delivery service for client accounts
Ensure interviews are conducted on time with high quality and proper feedback
Quality of feedback
Identify gaps in delivery (delays, low conversion, quality issues) and fix them proactively
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for assigned accounts




Maintain overall account health through consistent delivery and communication

Prior ATS, HRMS industry Sales / Business Development experience

4-8 years of experience in account management / client servicing / B2B roles
~ Robust communication + stakeholder management skills
~ Comfortable handling billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
~ Experience working with targets, timelines, or SLAs
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
