Job Description We are seeking a AGM Operations for a leading furnishing brand.
n Job Profile:
n Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day business operations across the complete order lifecycle, including:
n Purchase Order (PO) generation
n DDE processing
n Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
n Stock updates in the Dealer Portal
n Sales Order processing
n Customer Care (CC) operations
n Warehouse (WH) operations
n Dispatch execution
n E-Invoicing
n Work closely with Warehouse Operations and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
n Ensure adherence to defined processes and system policies.
n Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
n Coordinate with the SAP and Infinity development teams for system enhancements and new feature implementations.
n Define project scope and business requirements.
n Finalize business logic in consultation with stakeholders.
n Manage implementation, testing, and user acceptance.
n Ensure smooth deployment and stable transition into the production setting.
n Manage master data for Fabric, Rugs, and Bedding businesses.
n Maintain Customer Master, including pricing and discount structures.
n Create and maintain Material Master records.
n Maintain Domestic and Export Price Masters.
n Manage product listings and content updates for the website, including Fabric and Store categories.
n Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
n Coordinate with external vendors for fabric flat-shot photography required for the website and dealer portals.
n Ensure timely availability of high-quality product images.
n Coordinate with courier service partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and uninterrupted invoice generation.




n Resolve operational issues related to shipping and dispatch.
n Coordinate with payment gateway partners to ensure seamless online payment processing.
n Troubleshoot payment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
n Maintain and manage master data across the Dealer Portal and Mobile App
n Administer and customize the Dealer Portal based on business and customer-specific requirements for both Domestic and Export markets.
n Ensure system functionality aligns with evolving business needs.
n Manage and maintain export-specific master data, including: Customer Item Mapping. HSN Code Verification, Export Pricing, Customer-Specific Price Lists
n Support smooth execution of export order processing and related system activities.
n AGM Operations Requirements
n BE / BTech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related) and/or MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics) preferred
n 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in business operations across the complete order lifecycle
n Mandatory exposure to the furnishing, textile, furniture, upholstery, or home decor manufacturing sector
n Strong, practical working knowledge of SAP HANA
n Proven track record in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and yield optimization
n Strong leadership capability to manage plant-level PPC operations, direct cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and oversee vendor management
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to align sales, procurement, production, and leadership teams
n High digital literacy with experience leveraging advanced Excel, business intelligence tools, and modern analytics to drive supply chain visibility and process automation
