About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong IIT and NIT graduate to help build, improve and scale technology capabilities across the business. The role requires robust engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Own technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
- Build, improve and maintain technology solutions supporting business operations.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Evaluate technology stacks, tools and automation opportunities.
- Work with business teams to identify and solve operational problems through technology.
- Drive process automation and improve technology-enabled efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, standards and solution architecture as required.
- Evaluate external technology vendors and solutions when relevant.
- Support leadership on technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Candidate Profile & Specific Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E.



graduate from an IIT or NIT; Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
- Strong programming, systems thinking and problem-solving fundamentals.
- Ability to independently take a problem from concept to execution.
- Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building technology in a growing business.
- Candidates with demonstrated software, product, automation, AI/ML or technology project experience are preferred.
