Role Description The Tech Lead / Engineering Manager will oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of payment and financial technology solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable systems. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves leading and mentoring engineering teams, guiding software design and development, and facilitating effective collaboration across product, operations, and business stakeholders. The individual will review architecture and code, manage technical roadmaps, and drive best practices in security, performance, and reliability.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and tracking projects,



coordinating integrations with internal and external systems, resolving technical issues, and continuously improving development processes and tooling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to mentor engineers, manage performance, and build inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Candidates should possess deep Software Development expertise in modern languages, frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on scalable and secure systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities for planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery tracking in agile or hybrid environments.
- Candidates should possess Integration experience, including payment integrations, API design and consumption, and working with third-party services and enterprise systems.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional beneficial skills include experience in fintech or payments, understanding of security and compliance standards, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
