Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales operations and achieve defined sales targets.
- Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of sales consultants.
- Hire, train, and develop new team members.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Work actively on verified leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate and arrange property site visits for prospective customers.
- Assist the team in negotiations and closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.




- Take ownership of team performance and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate or other service-oriented industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client relationship and team management skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- High level of passion, ownership, and accountability.
- Graduation or above.
