Lead and manage the manpower acquisition team to achieve defined daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and onboarding / licensing (in any) targets.





- Plan and execute strategies to source and onboard potential resources.
- Monitor daily activities, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions and overall team performance.
- Guide team members in prospecting, calling, objection handling and conversion.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations and target-tracking meetings.
- Train, coach and motivate Recruitment Executives to improve productivity.
- Develop effective lead-generation channels through references, databases, digital platforms and networking.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, training, examination and licensing processes (if any).
- Analyze recruitment funnel data and identify gaps to improve conversion.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business targets and ensure continuous growth of the network.
- Suggest the targeted segment to the backend team for correct data sourcing.
