About the Role

JobsKart is looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters and manage end-to-end hiring delivery for key clients.

This role is ideal for a recruitment skilled who has strong hands-on hiring experience and is ready to take ownership of team performance, client relationships, recruitment strategy, and business growth .

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Executives.
- Set and monitor individual and team hiring targets.
- Review team performance and improve sourcing and closure rates.
- Allocate requirements based on team capability, workload, and priorities.
- Ensure ATS hygiene, TAT adherence, and regular reporting.

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for client hiring requirements.
- Understand client needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular client review calls and provide hiring updates.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle client escalations and recruitment challenges.

Business Development

- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients.




- Support new client acquisition through pitches and proposals.
- Participate in discussions around staffing solutions, pricing, and SLAs.
- Contribute to account growth and revenue targets.

Recruitment & Strategy

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Personally support critical and high-priority positions when required.
- Track hiring dashboards, funnel metrics, productivity, and TATs.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Use ATS and AI-based sourcing tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–7 years of recruitment experience with proven team-handling exposure.
- 1–2 years of experience managing a recruitment team.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in staffing, RPO, or recruitment consulting is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with business development and revenue-linked targets.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
