- Lead and manage the recruitment team
- Handle client requirements across PAN India
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely closures
- Monitor team performance and achieve hiring targets
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
Requirements:*
✔ Leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Experience in BPO recruitment/client handling preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
