Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT and Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience , preferably with prior experience working in an IT and Non-IT recruitment consultancy . The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels .
- Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening calls and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple open positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring timelines.




- Negotiate salary and assist with offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and daily/weekly hiring metrics.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.
- Guide the team towards achieving the targets

Consultancy Experience – Preferred Candidates with experience in IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Consultancy will be preferred.

The candidate should have experience in:

- Working on multiple client requirements.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non IT positions.
- Sourcing candidates for different technologies and skill sets.
- Managing candidate pipelines and closures.
- Coordinating with client HR/recruitment teams.
- Working with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , etc.
- Meeting recruitment targets and maintaining hiring TAT
- Bulk hiring would be added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Prior experience in IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Consultancy is an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
