Role Description The Team Lead role at Digimartrix is a full time, on-site position located in Ariyalur. The person in this role will oversee a cross-functional technical team, plan and prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software and AI solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project tasks, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and resolving technical or process-related issues.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage timelines, and communicate progress and risks. This role also involves mentoring team members,



promoting best practices in engineering and AI development, and contributing to continuous improvement in tools and workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong team leadership and people management skills, including task delegation, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess project management skills such as planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess software development skills with experience in modern programming languages, frameworks, and version control tools.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based systems, including understanding of model integration, testing, and deployment.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments, with a track record of delivering production-ready systems, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
