About the Role

nnSRV Media is looking for a Team Lead – Copywriter who can combine creativity, strategy, and leadership to deliver compelling brand communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of writers, develop impactful campaigns, and ensure all content aligns with client objectives, brand voice, and business goals.

nnKey Responsibilities

nContent & Creative Strategy

nLead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social, performance marketing, branding, and PR.

nDevelop engaging copy for social media, websites, landing pages, ad campaigns, videos, email marketing, and brand communication.

nCreate campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, and content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

nEnsure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all client touchpoints.

nCollaborate with designers, social media managers, performance marketers, and account managers to create integrated campaigns.

nTeam Leadership

nManage, mentor, and develop a team of copywriters and content creators.

nReview, edit, and approve content to maintain high creative and quality standards.

nAllocate projects, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery across multiple client accounts.

nConduct brainstorming sessions and encourage creative thinking within the team.





nClient & Stakeholder Management

nParticipate in client meetings, creative discussions, and campaign presentations.

nTranslate client briefs into compelling creative solutions.

nPresent campaign concepts and content strategies confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

nPerformance & Quality Management

nEnsure content aligns with campaign objectives and performance goals.

nStay updated with industry trends, digital culture, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.

nDrive continuous improvement in content quality, creativity, and effectiveness.

nnRequirements

n3+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or creative communication.

nMinimum 2 years of team management or leadership experience.

nStrong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, ad copy, social media content, website content, and brand communication.

nExceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

nDeep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing.

nAbility to think strategically while executing creatively.

nStrong presentation and communication skills.

nExperience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is highly preferred.
