- Conduct 2–3 classroom/lesson observations daily and provide constructive, evidence-based feedback.

- Coach teachers on teaching practices, classroom management, and student engagement.

- Coordinate with Principals and key stakeholders to support teacher development.

- Prepare observation reports and track teacher improvement and follow-up actions.

- Conduct monthly teacher workshops and follow-up sessions based on identified needs.

- Develop and share relevant teaching and study materials.

- Maintain a supportive coaching approach focused on continuous teacher improvement.

Qualifications:

- B.Ed. with a Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant field.

- Experience as a Middle Leader, Academic Coordinator, Teacher Trainer, or in a similar role.

- Robust observation, communication, coaching, and report-writing skills.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
