? Who Should Apply?
English / Communication Trainers, educators, facilitators or corporate trainers
English graduates, language professionals and experienced freelancers
Individuals with strong English communication and presentation skills
Trainers who genuinely enjoy helping learners improve
Candidates looking for long-term work rather than short-term assignments
Available for 4–5 hours/day, Monday–Saturday
Trainers with 8–10 hours of flexible availability are also welcome
? What You'll Do
Conduct 1:1 communication training sessions
Help learners improve confidence, fluency, articulation and professional communication
Follow our curriculum, teaching methodology and SOPs




Track student progress and coordinate with the support team
Maintain punctuality, professionalism and session quality
Participate in audits, training and feedback processes
Selected experienced trainers may also conduct Group Discussions and special sessions
? Compensation
₹80–₹200/hour
Compensation depends on experience, expertise, assessment/demo performance, consistency, student feedback and overall contribution.
