Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will manage and grow customer relationships, promote Baihe Medical’s product portfolio, and identify current business opportunities in assigned markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and training sessions, coordinating with internal teams to support customer needs, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.



The role involves preparing sales proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. The specialist will work closely with management to achieve sales targets, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and close deals.
Experience in Training and product demonstrations for customers, distributors, or internal teams.
Sales Management skills, including planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel locally as required.
