Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting logistics services to existing and potential customers. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality. The specialist will also support marketing campaigns, assist in developing promotional materials,



and track market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing product and service training to clients or internal staff, maintaining accurate sales records, and reporting on performance metrics.
