Role Descrng>iption The Material and Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bulandshahr. This role is responsible for coordinating the flow of materials and equipment to telecom sites, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery in alignment with project schedules. The coordinator will track stock movements, update records, and work closely with field teams, vendors, and transport partners to resolve delays, discrepancies, or shortages. Daily tasks include verifying material requests, preparing documentation for dispatch and receipt, monitoring logistics performance, and supporting procurement with material planning data. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and reporting requirements while supporting continuous improvement in logistics and material handling processes.
Qualifications:
Strong inventory management and supply chain management skills to handle material planning,



stock control, and coordination with suppliers.
Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams, field staff, and external partners.
Robust analytical skills to interpret logistics data, identify issues, and support process optimization.
Proficiency with basic office software and inventory or ERP tools for documentation, reporting, and tracking.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or telecom infrastructure projects is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Bulandshahr, including occasional field visits as required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
