Position Summary
The Logistics Operations Executive is accountable for the end-to-end movement of every order after checkout — dispatch, delivery, non-delivery resolution, returns and exchanges. The role carries ownership of outcomes rather than sole execution: individual cases are assigned to the appropriate function within the operations hierarchy (calling, chat support, warehouse), with escalation upward where authority is required. The incumbent is responsible for correct routing, adherence to turnaround timelines, and accurate real-time status of all open cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing across Shiprocket, Delhivery One and Ekart, including label creation, manifesting and pickup scheduling.
Own the non-delivery report (NDR) queue and drive it to closure daily through reattempts, address corrections and customer callbacks.
Oversee returns and exchanges end to end: reverse pickup, quality check on receipt, forward-leg dispatch and refund authorisation.
Identify in-scan failures,



stuck manifests and delivery exceptions early; raise evidence-backed escalations with courier partners and pursue them to written resolution.
Reconcile COD remittances, weight discrepancy charges and RTO records against courier invoices, and file disputes where variances are identified.
Allocate cases to the correct owner within the operations team and escalate promptly where resolution exceeds assigned authority.
Publish daily reporting on delivery rate, RTO rate, NDR ageing, exchange completion and open escalations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year managing shipping or logistics operations for an e-commerce or D2C brand.
Direct hands-on experience operating a courier or aggregator panel (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ekart or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation across large data exports.
Demonstrated experience filing and closing courier claims or billing disputes.
