Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support revenue growth for Doplift’s digital marketing services. Daily activities include researching potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting service offerings. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals,



managing accounts after onboarding, tracking sales pipelines, and providing regular reporting on business development activities. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting and pipeline management.
Strong understanding of Business fundamentals and Account Management for maintaining and growing client relationships.
Effective Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Familiarity with digital marketing services and the online advertising landscape is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role, preferably in marketing or IT services.
