Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for Indian Railway contracts. Day-to-day activities include identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting tender documents,



coordinating required compliances, and maintaining accurate records of submissions and outcomes. The role involves analyzing tender terms and conditions, collaborating with internal teams to collect technical and financial inputs, and drafting clear, compliant proposals. The Tendering Specialist will liaise with railway authorities and stakeholders for clarifications, follow-ups, and documentation, while monitoring tender status, deadlines, and post-award requirements. The role also includes supporting contract execution teams with documentation and ensuring adherence to statutory and contractual obligations.
