Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Java Developer role based in Hosur.



The Lead Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using modern frameworks and best practices. Responsibilities include leading the technical design of recent features, implementing microservices-based architectures, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to translate requirements into robust solutions, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members. The Lead Java Developer will also participate in sprint planning, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.
