The Opportunity
As a Junior Management Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer acquisition, team development, leadership, and business operations.
You’ll receive structured training and mentorship while gradually taking on greater responsibility and preparing for future leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer-focused marketing and acquisition campaigns
Build strong relationships with customers and clients
Monitor campaign and team performance
Develop communication, leadership, and coaching skills
