We are looking for a commercially sharp, high-ownership generalist to work closely with the founder and help build the company’s next phase of growth.
The Role
As Business Growth Lead, you will identify and drive growth opportunities across new marketplaces, partnerships, products and distribution channels. You will also help build the systems and cross-functional coordination required to execute these opportunities effectively.
This is not a pure sales, performance-marketing or operations role. It is a business-building role for someone who understands consumer brands, thinks commercially and can take projects from an initial idea to measurable execution.

Identify new opportunities across channels, products, markets and customer segments
Evaluate their revenue potential, economics and strategic relevance
Build clear business cases and execution plans
Lead selected initiatives from research and validation through launch and scale
Track competitors, consumer trends and developments across the consumer-brand ecosystem
Marketplaces and Channel Expansion
Drive onboarding and expansion across marketplaces, quick commerce, retail and other relevant channels
Coordinate commercials, listings, inventory requirements, launches and ongoing performance
Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting channel growth
Analyse channel economics and recommend where the company should invest
Develop institutional, gifting, distribution and international opportunities where relevant
