Role Description This is a full-time remote Accountant role with RSJB & Associates. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and reconciling accounts on a regular basis. Daily activities include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with month-end and year-end closing, and preparing financial statements and reports in line with applicable accounting standards.



The role involves supporting tax preparation and compliance activities, monitoring budgets, and identifying variances to help improve financial performance. The Accountant will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, respond to financial queries, and ensure that all documentation and processes meet regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
Candidates should possess skills in tax and compliance, such as basic tax computation, understanding of local regulations, and support for audits and filings.
