About Qbit Consulting
Qbit Consulting is a technology consulting firm helping businesses drive AI-led transformation. We work with clients across three core areas — Business Research & Advisory, AI Advisory, and Custom AI/ML Solutions — plus our own SaaS product, iProc, an AI-enabled supply chain and procurement platform. Our approach is research-driven: we help clients identify high-impact AI use cases and build the right solutions to capture them, using LLM-based generative AI and AI agents.
We're now looking for a Sales Partner to help us grow revenue by bringing in recent client engagements — on a partnership basis, not a traditional employment contract.

The Opportunity
This is a partnership-based sales role, not a salaried position. You'll act as an extension of the Qbit founding team, opening doors, building relationships, and work together in closing deals for our AI Driven Solutions. In return, you earn a share of the revenue you generate — with no cap on upside as you scale your pipeline.
This is ideal for an experienced sales professional or independent consultant who:




Already has a network in enterprise/mid-market AI, technology, or digital transformation buying circles
Wants to build a book of business with meaningful upside rather than a fixed paycheck.
Believes in AI's potential and wants to be part of a lean, high-growth consulting firm early.

What You'll Do
· Generate and qualify leads for Qbit's AI Advisory, Custom AI/ML Solutions, offerings across target industries
· Own the sales cycle end-to-end — prospecting, pitching, proposal support, negotiation, and closing
· Position Qbit's value proposition — research-driven AI use case discovery, generative AI/LLM-based solutioning, and enterprise-grade delivery — to CXOs, VPs of Digital/Technology, and business unit leaders
· Build and manage a partner/referral network (consultants, VARs, systems integrators, industry contacts) to expand reach
· Collaborate with Qbit's advisory and delivery team to shape
