Must have a reliable passion to ask ‘why’ and define the ‘what’
Have a basic understanding of consumer behaviour, covert love for numbers, and uber-cool presentation skills.
Ability to synthesise information, interpret and concise it.
Unhealthy obsession / romanticised passion for one thing in life or many
Lead people in cross-functional teams both within Sparkt and clients alike.

What will you do?

Write sharp and focused briefs covering product, audience & insight that will well aid the creative development process.
Rigorous Research, mine insights,



communication analysis and table them in a palatable form.
Develop Creative Solutions with various cross-functional teams
Channel & platform analysis with the help of analytical tools.
Lend insight to the creative team and further aid & moderate the creative development process.
Lead Client Engagements & Deliveries with a strategic & operational focus.
