Role Description The Director of Operations at Skyworth Energy Storage is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the organization. This role involves designing and optimizing processes, managing operational performance metrics, and ensuring efficient delivery of products and services to customers. The Director of Operations will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and maintain alignment between operations, finance, and customer-facing functions. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role requires regular reporting on operational outcomes, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving initiatives that support scalability and sustainable growth.

Strong operations management skills to oversee processes, workflows, and performance across multiple departments.




Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Proven team management experience, including leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated budgeting and financial management capabilities to plan, monitor, and optimize operational costs.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to design and support processes that enhance customer satisfaction.
Relevant experience in operations leadership, preferably within energy, technology, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
